AMANDA'S FESTIVE GARLANDS
MONDAY
3 DECEMBER 2018
7.15 PM - 9.30PM
Location, East Meon Village Hall
As before, it will be my intention to teach you a transferable skill - many people will be uninspired by the idea of creating a garland, however, I intend to prove that with a good basic skill in creating a strong, well balanced foliage base there are so many possible uses
Please could you all please have a good forage in your gardens, hedgerows and homes for any foliage (the longer the better), twigs or other items that you would like to incorporate feathers/pine-cones for example. There is such an abundance of berries, ivy and 'trails' such as sage, bay and rosemary which are all perfect for creating scented arrangements.
The Speaker's fee will be used to purchase some additional foliage too incorporate in the arrangements. You will also need to bring some scissors and/or secateurs and I will bring all other items required.
You may also be interested in the 'wreath' making courses I am running in December, click here to find out more.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 3rd December
